- Secure cloud database infrastructure powered by Supabase
- Row Level Security (RLS) policies to strictly isolate customer data access
- Encrypted data storage and transmission using industry-standard encryption
- Restricted administrative access controls
- Server-side validation and sanitisation of uploaded documents
- Continuous platform updates and security maintenance
Data Isolation & Access Controls
Customer data is not publicly accessible and is never shared between accounts.
Access to uploaded bills and comparison data is restricted to authorised personnel only where operationally necessary to provide energy comparison, switching assistance, or customer support services.
We do not sell customer personal data to third parties.
AI & Document Processing
Uploaded bills may be securely processed using AI-assisted document analysis tools (including OpenAI APIs and Azure AI services) in order to extract tariff, consumption, and contract information required to generate accurate comparisons.
These systems are used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and improving comparison accuracy. We maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with our AI subprocessors to ensure your data is handled in compliance with European standards.
GDPR & European Data Protection
We operate in accordance with applicable GDPR and European data protection regulations.
Customers may request:
- Access to their stored data
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of their personal data
- Restriction of processing where applicable
